Dr. Patricio C Gargollo, MD

Dr. Gargollo is an excellent pediatric urologist. His presence with the patient (our son) and the family, provides comfort and professionalism that makes one feel at ease through each step. He answers texts, emails and phone calls promptly and completely.

We came to see Dr. Gargollo for a second opinion regarding options after a secondary UPJ obstruction. Dr. Gargollo had taken the time to become familiar with our particular situation before our appointment, and was compassionate, comforting, and very well-informed about our condition. He explained treatment options in very clear terms and his clinical judgement has brought us through this health challenge with great success. I highly recommend Dr. Gargollo for both his personal manner and his medical expertise. If we ever have any additional urological needs he will definitely be our first call.

Dr. Gargollo is top-notch and extremely trustworthy. Our son has a condition on which many urologists are quick to want to operate. Dr. Gargollo is the only urologist we have seen who really took time to listen to our concerns and supported us in our decision to wait before operating. We were SO sad when he moved from Texas to start his practice in Minnesota. When I contacted him via email he was more than willing to help us navigate the difficult waters of decision-making for our son. I'm extremely grateful for his on-going care and concern, even now, two years since our son was under his care. He is an amazing individual and an invaluable asset to families faced with urologic issues.

Dr. Gargollo is very passionate and great with the kids. He truly cares for his patients and the care they receive. He is very thorough and will explain things so that it makes sense to you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Gargollo is a skilled surgeon and his bedside manner is excellent. Prior to our child's surgery, Dr. Gargollo answered every single question and took as much time as I needed to go over my child's diagnosis and surgery. After the surgery, Dr. Gargollo followed up frequently and was available to answer any of our questions throughout his recovery. We were very fortunate have had such a an excellent and conscientious surgeon for our child's care.

Not only is Dr. Gargollo an outstanding surgeon, but also he is a compassionate physician with unbeatable bedside manner. He is approachable, personable, and available to answer questions both before and after procedures. Dr. Gargollo accurately diagnosed my son's condition, then quickly mapped out a treatment plan which included additional testing and surgery. I could not more highly recommend Dr. Gargollo.

The first visit to Dr.G just calmed our nerves down as we knew we found the best doctor. My 2 year old kid was diagnosed with VUR. As anyone with this would know, this condition is definitely not a small journey. Dr.G is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Let me just be honest in saying that he is the doctor who REALLY CARES for his patients. Which doctor, in these times, would respond to old patient's concerns immediately with in minutes? We had to choose another doctor after he moved out of Texas. I wish he stayed in Texas. I can only give my VERY BEST RECOMMENDATION.

Dr. Gargollo is the one in a million doctor you will always thank God for knowing! He gave us great advice! He told us straight up that our son would need two surgeries to accomplish what was needed. He had the highest ratings when we went to him, that's why we choose him, & no wonder he is so beloved by his patient's parents. He cares about the whole family, not just the patient! I am confident you will never have a doctor show as much care and compassion for the patient and family! Our son did fantastic after both of the surgeries with Dr. G's great skill as a surgeon! I've seen a lot of doctors in my life, and Dr. Gargollo has been there for us on numerous occasions. When Dr. Gargollo says he'll be available for you, he really is! He has been available after hours on numerous occasions to help coordinate care for our family with his physician colleague contacts in other fields of medicine! This reflects his really unbelievable care! It would be amazing enough if he were just a… brilliant Harvard graduated MD surgeon, but he has that rare compassion which makes every interaction with him something you never stop appreciating! This is all just a fact, & I am privileged to share our experience with the wonderful Dr. G!

Most personable doctor I've met. He treated my son like he was his own. He took the time to explain things and answer any questions. I was very pleased.
