Dr. Patrick Francis Allan, MD

My mother has seen Dr Allan a few times... he seems to be a good Dr. But his office staff is incompetent... getting them to send in any kind of order is like pulling teeth... she waited several days for them to send oxygen order to a medical supply company after she called them to make sure they were sending to the correct place she wanted to get from ... it took her calling the medical supply company for them to get in contact with the office to get it going... they said they would fax it over as soon as they got off the phone. That was 3 days prior to the medical supply company getting in contact with the office staff... his staff is extremely rude to patients... if they don't want to be bothered by patients then they need to find a new profession.. she has called to make a telehealth appt with Dr Allan and noone has called her back.Shes still waiting for an oxygen sensor order to be Sent to med supply company as her oxygen keeps dipping into the 70s at night. They said they… would put an order in for her to get one and monitor it at night but still nothing. Needless to say she is being referred to a different pulmonologist who hopefully has kinder staff and able to actually get an appointment with

When my family first started using Dr Alan, he was wonderful. He took time to answer questions and was very engaging. Now, it is difficult to get him to stay in the room to get him to answer our questions. He seems like he is totally burned out. This is too bad, because he was an excellent Dr before. We have had an important medication denied because Anna from his office will not reply to answers from the insurance carriers. She has not replied to our calls for 4 days. No one, not even the Office Manager, will take initiative or responsibility for the lack of communication with the carrier. The lack of sincere concern for the patient’s welfare seems rampant.

I would recommend Dt Allan for anything . Super nice and takes time to talk to you about choice and decisions. He is the best.

I really like Dr. Patrick he's the best. Would recommend him to any of my friends. Or anyone. And as a bonus, he's easy on the eyes. Lol

Most amazingly honest and sincere physician I have encounter during my mothers long illness. When she was dying he didn't blow sunshine, told us what to expect, when and why...and he was absolutely correct. Helped prepare us presenting facts. Would recommend
