Dr. Patrick N. Brown, MD

I found Dr Brown to be very kind. He explained my voice issues and gave me some exercises to do. Referred me to a Speech Therapist to scope my throat. My first two visits I only had to wait a short time. My last visit he was running late and I waited over an hour. This visit was just a follow-up,. He went over my procedure and has referred me to another specialist. Dr Brown takes his time and explained my issues.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Visit him for regular ear cleaning of cerumen. Seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes.. He does this himself, rather than turn if over to a tech. Also set me up for a current audiogram. He is on time quick and very professional. I will continue to use and recommend Dr Brown.

Today I was scheduled to see Dr. Patrick Brown. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was cancelled because Dr. Patrick Brown was on vacation. I was not left any cancellation message from this office. I would avoid any interaction with this office. I will never schedule any appointment with Dr. Patrick Brown again.

They have no consideration for the patients time one hour and 10 minutes later I’m still waiting

Do not go to this doctor I was very upset to hear my 14-year-old daughter tell me that it was important for her to remove her shirt and bra for the doctor so he could check her breathing .

My wife took my daughter to Dr. Brown's office this afternoon only to find out they have a policy that only biological parents are allowed to check patients in. There is no law saying is the parent cannot check the children in it's just their policy which I seem not to be able to find anywhere her name is actually on the insurance because she's the one that provides the healthcare for the whole family . What are the registration ladies told her that after a link the conversation with the real mother they had to enforce this policy . Yeah it was never explained even the time that she made the appointment that there was such in a policy. Is the biological. And the primary. this is a businesses that will allow someone to call even if that someone abandon their children years ago and is only looking for reasons to make it harder for their own children to get medical attention and dictate who takes the children to their appointment . If this out rages policy was explained in the very… beginning when she openly admitted that she was The stepparent. When making the appointment I would not have an issue of course we would've never went to a doctors office who made that kind of policy.
