Avoid this provider if you can. Caused physical and emotional pain during basic botox procedure. I've received botox injections since 2019. He was not only 1 hour late to the appointment (I was left sitting in the exam room for that amount of time), but he rushed through the procedure, did not complete the procedure bilaterally, and he mocked me for asking him to be gentle and not so aggressive as he stabbed me with the needles. I ran out of the exam room in tears once he said, "we're done."

Excellent dr.; attentive, thoughtful, thorough, pleasant manner, I highly recommend.

First visit I waited 2 hours and they said they called me, from down the hallway and without asking where I was since I checked in. Once I asked a nurse they made me reschedule. I finally see the Dr. and even though all my records and history was sent months before my appt.. he says “there’s too much wrong with you.. I can’t help you”. WHAT?! Then explains that he failed a certain course because he always slept through it and it was part of why he could help with more in depth issues. Again, WHAT?!. He did order some tests. I was told I’d have results in 3-5 business days. He made me wait a minimum of 30 days. And said “And if you can remember our conversation..” I CAN REMEMBER?! When part of my issue is memory loss.. so now you want to mock me?! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE see him again.
