As your therapist, my goal aims to help you understand and process the difficult emotions to life's challenges: whether it be anxiety, depression, anger, trauma responses, relationship problems, or general life stress. I want you to recognize and improve your strengths. I help you build skills through using many proven therapeutic approaches, with a strong focus on solutions. My personality is gentle, but direct and contributes to my patients achieving progress and growth in a firm, nurturing way from the very beginning.
