unethical, rude, will try to overcharge as much as possible. send by lab work to a place i didn't approve that charged more than twice the amount aetna says is reasonable. dolan said "tell it to a judge" save yourself the unprofessional behavior and attitude of this place. find someone else! all the reviews of this place are awful. wish i had looked a them first.

Went in to have a root canal checked. Dr. Dolan keep us waiting 20 minutes - no apology. He claimed to have CT scans we brought with us set up in another room. After a cursory examination of tooth, he left to look at scans - which took him about three minutes. His diagnosis was it was a good root canal; doctor did a great job; lucky to have the tooth; learn to live with the pain. Really? Yes, it is normal to have pain several years after root canal. What about the hardware left in tooth shown on CT scan protruding into sinus? Answer: 70% of root canals result in some hardware left in tooth; didn't see a protrusion into sinus. His last remark, "Sorry to disappoint you" and left the room. When checking out, we asked for a written report of his findings; nurse (?) claimed she went to ask him about it and we would receive his letter within a week. Several weeks later, we have received no report. Compare above with information from two other oral surgeons: Hardware left in root… canals is NOT normal; pain after several years is NOT normal. Recently another oral surgeon reviewed our CT scan with us. Yes, hardware is protruding into sinus. Need more x-rays; possible CT scan. Would never tell patient to learn to live with pain when further options must be considered
