Dr. Patrick Boone Ellis, DO

Most unprofessional meeting I’ve ever had... threw a fit about me not having my paperwork done, the same paperwork his office staff sent just an hour before my video chat appointment. Talked trash about my mother and I to his office staff when he thought we couldn’t hear, and then proceeded when it was clear we could hear what he was saying. He then canceled our appointment due to his and his staff’s inability to properly prepare. If you want real help, I recommend you seek treatment elsewhere.

I cannot express my appreciation enough to Dr. Ellis and his staff. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile is rare. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis.

Both Dr. Ellis and his Nurse Practitioner ar attentive and listen to you. I like their intergrative approach.

Sent me to Europe for 2 weeks without my medication, even after I provided several documents proving my trip, because it didn't meet his practices protocol. Argued about it and when I returned home from Europe found that I had been "terminated" as a patient. They offered to refill my scripts for the first 30 days after this termination, but on the day that would've marked 30 since I've been back in the country, they told me they could no longer do it. He recommended me some good books that helped me through some of what I was going through at the time, but ultimately this guy cares more about charging your insurance for in clinic visits than he does about putting his patients in the best possible position to be successful in what they're doing. Also, while I do believe in the benefits of supplements, paying 50 dollars for supplements you can buy for 19.99 at CVS, wallgreens, and wal-mart seems a little suspect

He really takes time to work with our special needs adult daughter. He not only has found prescriptions to help her but has prescribed supplements that have allowed us to reduce her prescriptions and improve her health.

Dr. Ellis is an excellent doctor with superb listening skills and very up to date knowledge, not only regarding the traditional treatment of mental illness, but also of how nutrition and other factors effect illness. He has certainly helped me in a variety of ways. I'm very thankful to have him as my doctor.
