I have Personal Choice which I have had for decades. In the early 2000’s I automatically received MC Part A Hospital Benefits Only. That is what it states on my MC card. The Insurance Coordinator,Tammy Simms would not speak to me,Dr Fall refused to meet me. They were the most unprofessional,rude and misinformed group of people I have ever come across in my life. I did make a 2nd appointment but this is my field and I feel as though I may have dodged a bullet so I canceled and will be going elsewhere.

I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my back. Dr. Fall took the time to find the right procedure to help with my pain. I can enjoy all the things I love to do pain-free! I developed a pinched nerve in my neck. I went right back to Dr. Fall. Again, he successfully took away my pain! He is very caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend you see him for your back & neck pain.

Dr. Fall is the best specialist for back pain. Dr. Fall helped me with my back pain with an epidural. This helped me, along with Dr. Fall’s professionalism, knowledge and caring attitude. Thank you for all your help and continued guidance in my care.

I’ve been seeing him monthly for several years now In all of the different locations . Regardless of which office, everything to do with going there is a breeze and pleasant, be it Dr. Fall himself, booking appointments, checking in, etc. It’s amazing how quick and efficient they are and will really go above and beyond.
