I take great pleasure in helping people regain their physical abilities through exercise, manual therapy and educating them about small changes they can make to take charge of their health.As a certified McKenzie Institute practitioner, I use a mechanical diagnosis and therapy approach, which effectively provides patients with the knowledge and skills they need to take control of their health.
