I had put off my surgery for 4 years until I could barely walk. Having a great surgeon with a great staff and the fantastic orthopedic wing known as Aspire made everything less traumatic.. People can't believe how clean a line Dr Hanley made. My scar after 6 months is getting lighter and smaller. Dr Hanley did scold me once for showing up with wrong shoes. He was right and I am not wearing flip flops since then. Where are my Buster Brown Saddle Shoes when I needed them? Highly recommend if you want your experience to be like being part of a big family.

Dr. Hanley is great if you don't have any questions or concerns. However, if you do, he is rude and condescending. He does follow up with a phone call but will hang up on you if he doesn't like what you say.

I especially appreciate that Dr. Hanley genuinely cares about his patients, remembers the family, and returns all of his calls. He is a fantastic diagnostician and always wants to get to the bottom of every problem. It is easy to tell from talking to other patients in the waiting room that he has great outcomes from his surgeries and gets people back to their normal life as quickly as possible without complications. I would refer anyone to him for shoulder or knee problems!

I have been seeing Dr. Hanley for over twenty years for activity related injuries as well as age related maladies. I have come to know him as a surgeon and a person. I find him and his support personnel to be extremely accessible. It is like being part of a family. A rare feeling to have in a doctor's office. He is generous and caring. When I turned sixty five and was looking for supplemental Ins.to go along with Medicare he told me to choose what ever I want even if it was Kaiser I will still treat you. I have never experienced this generosity in care anywhere. What a pleasure it is to see him and his entire staff.
