Dr. Patrick Hylton Heron, MD

Honestly, this guy does not do his job based on his personal feelings toward the client. I have seen him for a number of years. Most recently they just decided they didn't want me as a client and they blocked my number since they thought that I called too much about my care with them or lack thereof. For example, I had a certain illness that I was trying to be proactive about and ask questions about it but he just refused to answer any of my questions. Turns out that when he diagnosed me, it was the wrong diagnosis and it took another much better and thorough provider to effectively treat me and and truly listen and address all of my concerns. Further more, if you like to be bamboozled out of your money, go to him as he will oblige and his business partner wife will try to SELL you anything from facials at the business next door to the oil that is the "right one" you should use. So all in all, in my experience with him you should fly not run from him. Thank you for your time in reading… this. Increible que Este personaje sea un doctor. Este tipo no sirve ,y TE tratara como que fueras un negocio y no su paciente.

I was arrived Doctor office at 8:45am.I am the first one come to the office .I wait until 9:45am still didn't see the Doctor .I ask the lady who work there she told me my Doctor not there yet! My appointment is 9am I wait 1hour already I have to go back to work I decide to leave !

He wrongly diagnosed my baby with downsyndrom. His wife told me i was a horrible patient for leaving their office.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS DR. HE'S RUDE, DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR HIS PATIENTS, RUDE TO HIS OWN EMPLOYEES. HIS WIFE WORKS THERE AND SHE'S IN EVERYONES BUISNESS, RUDE, LOUD AND ABNOCIOUS, SHE'S WORSE THEN HE IS. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW HE'S PRACTICE IS EVEN RUNNING, OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLOSED, HE'S NEVER ON TIME TO SEE HIS PATIENTS.

Gave birth to a healthy baby boy 4 years and tube ligation was done thanks to Dr.Heron

I really like my 3 visit to Dr. Heron. Is very professional and quiet, trying to the patient doesn't worry about so much. But my congratulations for a physician assistant that he has. By coincidence she is one of the best gynecologist that hospital Gonzalez Coro in Cuba has. His nurse is very kind and the rest of the staff are very kindly. Give the " extra mile" . Is very quickly to appointment and the waiting time in the Dr's office. I recommend.
