Dr. Patrick Bobryk Johnston, DO

It was my first visit in Craig at Memorial in a long time. I scheduled there so I would not have to drive to Steamboat. At checkin I had to sign that if I was ten minutrs late, that is a no show. Understand that. Then the clerk said BTW they're running a LITTLE LATE. I also understand a LITTLE behind. I don't know if it was Dr Johnston that was behind or not, but I did not go to the back until after 12:00 pm. This is an hour and 30 minutes late. I work full time and I missed 2 .5 hours of work for a 30 minute MAX appointment that was five minutes from my home. I understand things come up emergencies etc. But I should have been told a better estimate of time at check in and a Little behind. I will really reconsider before scheduling in the Craig Memorial location again for MY CONVENIECE, as it certainly did not turn out that way. Dr Johnston as always was fine, effecient and I have no concerns about him. Thank you. DONNA

Dr Johnston worked us in as we didn’t have an appointment. He never rushed the appointment and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond.

I love the professional staff that presents itself in a casual and personal manner. The staff makes you feel welcome and at home instead of a visit in a sterile, cold Medical situations Highly recommend this office for your health needs!

He was great told me what is wrong and what we can do

I broke my leg in four places New Years Eve snowmobile skiing the back country. Dr. Johnston was amazing. He said that I would need two surgeries - 1st to stabilize and the 2nd to do a Pilon fracture repair. He performed my stabilization surgery and after a few days in the hospital, I headed home to Ft.Collins to look at having the Pilon repair done. My Ft.Collins Doc took one look at the stabilization Dr. Johnston did and said, "Dr. Johnston must be a trauma Doc, because he did an amazing job at stabilizing my breaks." Even my Doc was impressed. I would have had Dr.Johnston do both surgeries, but I needed to be home. There are a lot of Docs that omit the stabilization surgery and just do the repair. I feel very blessed that Dr. Johnston did the right thing. There is a facebook page called, Pilon Fractures Suck - and I have read horror stories of open wounds, infections, etc. from people who have had just the repair done without any stabilization. Dr. Johnston also has excellent… bedside manners - a double bonus! I recommend him highly!!
