Dr. Kilhenny is one of the most through providers I have ever met! Its amazing how much time he dedicates to his patients. I highly recommend his services!

If I could leave less than one star I would. After reading all of the negative reviews, I feel somewhat justified in my anger now. I was referred to Dr. Kilhenny by another neurosurgeon. Immediately after that, before I even received the Tricare referral authorization, Dr. Kilhenny's office called me to schedule. They were somehow able to get me an appt for just a few days later. Being that I did not have a referral yet, they told me I would have to sign a waiver for financial liability. Rather than do that, I cancelled my appt, and told them I would reschedule when I received my referral. A month later, I called them to see if they had received the referral and they said no and would not schedule an appt without it. So I got off the phone, called Tricare and verified that the referral had gone through a month prior. Not that serious. So I call back to tell them the referral was approved & to schedule an appt. They said until they have PAPER proof of the referral, they will not let me… schedule an appt. Funny, considering how badly they initially tried to schedule me ASAP without even having the referral. Out of frustration, I did not call back or make an appt. A month later I received a $75 bill for a no show for the very appt I had cancelled. I called to dispute this and was told that they'd "waive it THIS time"...I said "but I wasn't a no show, I called and cancelled 3 days before my appt". "We don't have record of that." These people are beyond rude, unprofessional, are poorly organized, as it seems keeping track of records and billing is too difficult for them. People will respect you more when you can admit you are wrong. These people refuse to admit wrongdoing. This woman argued back & forth with me, insisting that I was at fault. I write every single thing down. I checked my phone records to verify I called to cancel, and the record was there. I ended up hanging up on her because I was so furious. These people are LIARS and unprofessional as can be. Go elsewhere.

Why as a society do we keep allowing doctors offices run our lives by being so freaking late, all of the time??? Sitting here in Dr. Patrick Kilhenny’s office waiting, waiting and waiting some more. A grand total of 58 minutes just to get the first set tests completed. Now waiting again to see the doctor and in the time of Covid, nothing has been wiped down (in front of me) which has been common practice at other facilities. So I guess that’s my job while I wait. If this appointment was not needed as much as it was I would not have waited 20 minutes past appointment time for this. Doctors and doctors offices need to realize that they work for their patients and their patients time is valuable!! Somewhere that has been lost in translation, severely!!!

Good listener, very thorough

I've been a patient of Dr. Kilhenny's for almost 4 years and have gone back and forth regarding getting a different doctor - now I know for sure - it is time. The new support staff is AWFUL! NO ONE has a sense of urgency and frankly that is unacceptable when it comes to people's health and well-being! His "assistant" is the worst and I will not be going back! I miss BETH and the place is not the same without her! To be clear, Dr. Kilhenny is brilliant as a doctor, it is support staff that needs work - they make appointments and don't inform you (just in case there weren't enough issues)!

My elderly mother has been a patient of his for years. She has had several strokes and is on preventive medication. My mother has been trying to get her prescription refill for 2 weeks now, however the office phone goes straight to voicemail and no one returns calls, It has been next to impossible to get any assistance. I have just resorted to typing a letter and faxing it to the office. If I do not get a response, I will have to drive over there and stand in front of someone to get answers.

Hard to get someone to answer phone, had to leave messages which for the most part weren't returned (found if I just kept hanging up and recalling usually after 7 times someone would answer), had to force the office or Dr to return calls by getting referring Dr to call too many times, took too long for me to get results from MRI brain scan (should take up to 48 hours but it was well over 15 days). getting the results of the tests to the Drs involved took months and many calls. I won't be back if I ever need that specialty.

Was a patient for many, many years and wanted to see Dr. Kilhenny again for follow-up visit and help with migraines. No one answers phone, went to voicemail and now it is a constant busy signal!!! What happened to Dr. Patrick Kilhenny????

He was great about getting us in for a last minute appointment because it was kind of urgent. He scheduled all of these tests, which promptly took car ...

really liked the dr. and his help but do not understand why office does not call back never ans. phone have to leave a message but not returned need meds and can not reach them
