Poor communicator and bad bedside manner. He didn’t diagnose my fathers shingles, he says the blood tests are normal but they aren’t as when I looked at the actual, my father is anemic and has possible kidney issues! Ugh!

I'm a worry wart about my health and he was understanding but said we will get to the bottom of it so don't worry. He did make sure what it was and what can be done and put me at ease. If you're wondering and need the highest level of professional opinion, I'd recommend Dr. Lay.

doesn't follow up even after many emails to him

I saw Dr, Lay as an emergency patient on a Sunday morning, He returned my phone call in about five minutes from the time I called the Service. Was seen immediately upon arrival. Very friendly and efficient. If I did not have a PCP, this would be the guy!
