Dr. Patrick Joseph Lemm, DO

I had problems with my hand (numbness), he started looking through my history on the chart and stated that I had "anxiety" (due to my claustrophobia). This clearly has nothing to do with the partial numbness in my hand. He went to his private office, took a medical dictionary and xeroxed a copy of the definition of "anxiety" and handed it to me as though he was a quarterback handing-off to a running back.This man lives in Orange County and went to Western University of Pomona to become a D.O. The quality of medical staff at Kaiser is clearly on the decline. Why would he come all the way from Orange county to Gardena. Enroute to Gardena, he passes at least 5-6 Kaiser offices/hospitals. So I conclude that Kaiser is doing a diservice to it's members and the community when a person of weak background and knowledge is just "pulling" a paycheck, like so many others at that Organization.
