Dr. Masters had answers to all my questions. It was great finding a doctor who has experience and expertise with my condition

Have done liquid diet before so no problem. Liquid was ok cause I like sweets??. I arrived for colonoscopy and was told to get ready. Sent to a room Put gown on, from there taken on gurney to other room for procedure. IV put on arm, they said turn on your side. Next I know, they said we are done. Wow. Like this never happened. Yay. Love love love Dr Patrick Masters. He came and explained results of procedure, one polyp found, results came in less than 3 days. I went out to eat immediately after the procedure. Still no discomfort before, during, or after. Yay. Did I say I love love love Dr Patrick Masters

Everyone from start to finish was polite and friendly and professional. Five stars for Dr. Masters and everyone involved.

I worked in a drs off for 19 years and I am really bad about checking out drs offices that I am a patient . I had a great experience except the lady that took me back and sat down with me and asked about the meds I took could not spell most all of them. Having worked in the medical field I know the meds can be difficult to spell but you become familiar with them as many people take many of the same meds. Anyway, you have heard the term your weakest link makes the whole thing look bad. Other thank that I was impressed. Thanks pam schott

Was referred to Dr Masters by one of his associates as he is a specialist in the condition that I have. After months of feeling really sick every day, many tests, and a lot of different medicines, I am finally feeling better by following Dr Master’s plan in taking medicine when and how much he suggested. I also was given an added medication to take last thing at night so that my stomach is not upset the next day. Thank you Dr Masters.

The was one that I don't look forward to but the professionalism of the scheduling staff greatly facilitated scheduling of this necessary procedure (friendly, encouraging, answered questions). I completed the forms mailed to me and brought these with me...alas, the LVN who admitted me to the holding area, asked the same questions so she could type the information into the computer. Also, no one had on a name tag so I can't give feedback about care providers. At the Wurzbach location (previous exam), everyone had a name tag....and most RNs were Gastroenterology certified.

Of all my doctors, my favorite. Always listens and has time to answer questions.

First time to see his new facilities. Beautiful. All staff were very helpful, nurses very very helpful. Always satisfied with Dr. Masters and everyone of his staff working with him. They are all wonderful!

He is a wonderful Physician and Endocopist. He takes great care of his patients and follows through with their care, and their results with other Physicians that he might refer them to for further care or specialties.
