Dr. Patrick Gilbert Mcbee, MD

Dr. Patrick McBee, is an excellent surgeon and professional in his work. I had a surgery twice and I am grateful to the doctor for my salvation. The first operation was urgent, the second was planned, and both were brilliant. Thanks to the experience, high professionalism, attention, patience, the care of the doctor about my health, the hernia is eliminated - super. In addition, the doctor found more health problems, they also successfully resolved. I thank him heartily, he devoted a lot of his precious time to talking and explained in detail the reasons and decisions of my recovery. This is the best doctor I have ever met, and I thank God for the doctor’s golden hands, his attentive and respectful attitude. RECOMMENDED by Dr. Patrick McBee .

I have used Patrick Mcbee for several surgeries he is a excellent surgeon I would never even consider going to anyone else and I have known him for years.He does a great job and is a great Surgeon /Person . Skillful, compassionate, trustworthy.

Do not use this surgeon. I had Gallbladder surgery and now have to have hernia surgery as he did not sew me up properly. The doctor did not check me properly on my follow up appointment, so did not detect the hernia at that time. I had to go to my primary care physician who suspected the hernia. When I went back to Dr McBee he then detected and was very condescending. He was not confident at all that he could fix the hernia properly without reoccurrence. His office staff was awful, and they charged me twice for services. I am having to use another surgeon for the hernia surgery as I do not trust them to fix the hernia. Run from this office as fast as you can.

This doctor did not look or review my prior CT Scan as I had asked him to. 4 days after Gallblader surgery I had an existing hernia, that would've been seen on the CT if he had taken the time to look at it, compress my bowels and had to have emergency surgery. While calling all that day about the pain I was in, his assistant told me to stop calling, she was busy as it was Friday and everybody does this after gallbladder surgery. DON'T use him.....

I've been going to Dr. McBee for many years and he has spend many precious minutes more than most, in chatting about my upcoming surgery (colonoscopy) each time, along with general chit chat. Extremely caring & enjoyable fellow & I completely trust him to care for me and my loved ones. Never a problem with infection or any of the other things some of the reviewers mentioned.

I don't know about these other people, but Dr. McBee was very good. He cares a lot for his patients, is extremely qualifies, and can both empathize and sympathize with people. I would definitely go to him again.

Dr. McBee is very caring and skilled at what he does. I feel very safe in his care. I have had an emergency appendectomy and a breast lump removed and he has always been very caring and professional and the best surgical skills. My scars always turned out very good you can hardly see them.

Dr. Mcbee was on-call when I went to the ER with abdominal pain. I feel very good about his diagnosis and the resulting surgery. What I did not care for was how his medical assistant and office manager treated me when I required some follow up visits for lingering pain. They were the most uncaring, unprofessional people I have met in a long time. When I spoke to the office manager, she was as argumentative as the MA and was not interested in my concerns or in a solution. Great doctor but will not recommend him because of these two people. No one deserves to be treated so poorly.

Dr. McBee is both a gifted surgeon and talented physician. You can trust him with your life. He is honest and forthright. I recommend him without reservation.
