Dr. Patrick G Meyers, MD

I trust Dr. Meyers and to me that is all that's important.

I was a patient of Dr. Meyers for around five years, but his nursing staff were so rude to deal with, that I've decided to find another doctor. In addition to their belligerence, I had to wait 45 minutes during my last appointment before even seeing Dr. Meyers. No apologies or explanations were offered by anyone. Trying to get an appointment requires a 3 month wait, as well. My health is more important than that. As a patient, I shouldn't have to run the gauntlet to get care. Dealing with his staff is a nightmare. In short, I'm done.

I would strongly advise against seeing Dr Meyer. He treated my husband like a number, kept throwing the same medications at him even though he was not seeing any improvements and ended up misdiagnosing my husband twice! He did not perform a vital lab that should have been done related to my husband's symptoms and course of his disease/symptoms. Thus, my husband was only a few weeks away from death when we got our second opinion at The Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr Meyers always takes time to listen to me and acts like he has all the time in the world for me. I had a difficult-to- diagnose disease and he was very thorough in the tests and was concerned about my well-being throughout. I would highly recommend him.
