It would be better if their staff would answer the phones instead of putting you on hold forever or when we call back they are letting the phone just ring

Dr. Moore is incredibly dedicated to patients, making them feel totally comfortable while aggressively but kindheartedly understanding, addressing and controlling all issues affecting health. Dr. Moore is consumed with professionalism and aggressively pursues the latest techniques to practice the best preventive medicine using state of the art testing and diagnostics. The clinic is also so very well supported by a host of compassionate, friendly staff members to have found their calling by serving the clinic's patients. Simply can't say enough about this AWESOME physician, his vast spectrum of knowledge and incredible personality.

I was completely relieved to be referred to Dr. Moore after searching for a caring and knowledgeable physician. What a let down this experience turned out to be! Long wait times, a nurse who blatantly lie about what she was giving me an injection of, inconsiderate and unsympathetic phone staff, limited callbacks, and requiring payment (with great insurance too) for every single time in office even for follow-ups. Its a shame, especially since Dr. Moore actually seemed to be a knowledgeable and compassionate man upon first meeting him. Definitely will not return.
