Doctor is great but reception staff should be replaced. Rude, unprofessional, worry more about their Avon books vs the patients

Takes his time in discussing you medical problems. Current on meds and treatments. My family loves him and has been gpu g to him for over 20 years. Front desk girls are fantastic. Jen the aid is pretty rude most of the time. She acts like it is a bother to even take you to the room and ask you why you are there. She needs to adjust her attitude and be more pleasant to patients.

Takes his time to really listen to you. Doesn't beat around the bush. Makes referrals when needed. Office staff, patty and Virginia are great. Jen doesn't have the best

Dr. Murray will give you face time but doesn't always make the best decisions and doesn't seem to be current on the most up to date medical info or have broad knowledge. He's a great country doc for the basics - colds, sprains, check-ups, referrals for what you need but beware. His PA is not the most knowledgeable either and the staff are not at all courteous or pleasant --- a poor reflection of the doc.. Wait time is TOO LONG!!!

The staff is positively condescending and it's very difficult for them to even speak to you at all. That would be OK if the doctor/nurses were competent, but they're not.

Dr Murray is very nice and helpful but his staff are really mean, the front desk ladies are rude and most of the time when you call you get a very rude response.

Best doctor in the Wyoming County Area. He treats you like a person not a number. Takes his time and really listens to you. Great bedside manner. Everyone in our family loves him.

Dr Murray takes his time to talk with his patients. He is caring and compassionate. Diagnosis problem and if you need to be referred he does so. He knows your entire family and always asks how everyone is.
