Dr. Patrick Anthony Nero, MD

Dr. Nero claims that he is a vascular surgeon. He is not fellowship trained in vascular surgery. Although I did not find that he asserted he was fellowship trained. As usual surgeons like to operate. I sought another opinion from a fellowship trained vascular surgeon who offered alternative conservative options that are helping my peripheral vascular issues.

He is very nice, and is interested in explaining the processes which would be taking place. He made me feel relaxed with his conversation and explanations during the leg ablation. I will better understand the process when I have the right leg done also. I am VERY interested in having the spider veins in my feet removed---and hope he will do this after the second leg ablation. I do NOT want to wait to do this in the fall.

Staff is very professional, facilities are clean and pleasant, doctors are highly qualified and competent.

Dr. Nero runs a very efficient office. Appointments are kept as scheduled. The staff is highly competent. It inspires trust in his recommendations.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of all staff members with whom I have come in contact at Vein Specialists. It has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a medical provider. Dr. Nero explained the results of my diagnostic ultrasound and the recommended treatment plan clearly. He is an excellent listener as well. I would highly recommend him and this practice.

Both Dr. Nero and Dr. Magnant showed much skill in the procedure which I had performed. The were also concerned with my comfort in tolerating the procedure. I would strongly recommend either of these doctors to anyone considering a vein procedure.
