From my first exam to my most recent surgery follow up, Dr. Nosti and his staff were always friendly, professional, sympathetic and above all, listed to me. They made me feel heard which is rare in medicine now a days. The office is beautiful and calming, like a spa. I was always seen in a timely manner. You are not left waiting for long periods of time. In and out but not rushed. My healing has been very good and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nosti.

Dr. Patrick Nosti was recommended to me by my gynecologist for whom I am very appreciative. During the initial examination he determined that my need for a surgical procedure was not just for comfort but also medically necessary. I did not waste time scheduling the operation. It has been a positive experience for me and I feel better than I have in the last several years. Before I even met Dr. Nosti, I had a conversation with the ladies in the business department where a confusing insurance issue was easily worked out I found all the staff to be friendly and respectful from the receptionists to the nurse practitioners, who performed testing procedures and provided information. Early in the recovering days at home, a very uncomfortable complication occurred and I was sent to the Emergency Room. While there, the ER doctor spoke with Dr. Nosti about the situation then Dr. Nosti asked to speak with me. That conversation meant a lot to me. It gave me encouragement and comfort when… something out of the ordinary occurred. For several weeks, self catheterization was necessary. I was taught to do that procedure by one of the Nurse Practioners who was beyond patient with me. It was a challenge for a while and when COVID-10 lockdown became necessary, the staff was able to answer questions, see that prescriptions were order as necessary and provide encouragement by telephone. All calls were answered in a reasonable amount of time. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Patrick Nosti for his Urogynecology expertise, beside manner and for the professionalism of his highly trained staff.

Because of the complexity of my condition, a first procedure which had to include mesh removal due to previous failed procedures over the past 20 years was unsuccessful. I was anxious about the best possible outcome for the surgical repairs that he recommended for a second try. Because of symptoms I was having with extreme prolapse I knew there was no other option. After six weeks of recovery following surgery, he and I both feel complete success was achieved. I feel wonderful and will see him again in one year! If you have a complex issue that is related to both urology and gynecology I highly recommend Dr. Nosti!

Dr. Nosti went the extra mile calling the ER and checking with Dr's when I was unexpectedly admitted after surgery for something unrelated to my surgery. He even saw me in the hospital and talked with me personally about my medical issue:)

Dr Nosti was absolutely amazing! He was very detailed, knowledgeable and kind!! There is a reason why he comes so highly recommended!! He was did a hysterectomy, bladder sling and ligament repair for me! I love that I didn’t have to have 3 separate surgeries throughout my life....and after my check up everything was where it was supposed to be! So thankful for Dr Nosti!!!! Go visit him....you won’t be disappointed!!!

My experience could not have been better! Dr. Nosti & his entire staff were upbeat, thorough and totally professional. I called with a concern after surgery and was treated with great care. The nurse spent plenty of time with me on the phone and went into great detail about what I was experiencing. She completely set my mind at ease.
