Finally, a Dr I can understand! I thought he was great!

My father died as a result of a surgery that Dr. Parrino performed on him. Dr Parrino advises my dad and his family that he had a “ 2% chance of dying”. Obviously we are disappointed and very sad about the outcome and feel we where not advised of the real risks involved with his surgery. My dad also was not taken care of appropriately in Ochsner Hospitals ICU, that also contributed immensely to his death. We are very very disappointed and have only bad experiences to share concerning Dr. Parrino and Ochsner hospital.

He’s the worst!!!!!

This Dr ignored my family and distanced himself when his patient needed him most! Terrible care!????????????????

Awful care!

I am very dissatisfied with Dr Parrino and with Oschner hospital. I also was abandoned by Dr Parrino and experienced awful care for my loved one in Oschner ICU. As long as multi billion dollar hospital corporations, like Oschner hospital are protected by law from paying for there neglect and terrible care, viable patients will continue to needlessly die daily in this hospital.

My family had a very bad experience with Dr perrino, when things do not go as expected he will abandon his patients. See someone else!

Very impressed with Dr. Parrino's assessment and knowledge. He was very easy to talk too and answered all our questions.

He did my lvad and the whole experience was superb. excellent recovery and outcome to date. Only hope he is working the night I receive a call for a transplant.
