Love Dr Sander! He’s very patient and kind and takes all the time necessary to listen and explain procedures. Crystal, however, who is stationed at the front desk, was very rude from the moment we arrived. She flippantly waived the pre-op orders we were there to pick up and acted annoyed that we questioned where we were supposed to go or what we were supposed to do with them. She said “someone” should have already called us about that. Maybe next time we’ll get lucky and be greeted by Roy. One of the other patients in the lobby said he was very helpful.

Good luck if you're in pain after surgery! Because Dr. Sander did not and was unwilling to prescribe adequate pain relieving prescription on knee replacement surgery. I suggest you go to a different surgeon.

Dr. Patrick Sander was very professional, understanding and most of all compassionate with the care of our 15 year old son. He explained the injury he sustained playing football and the treatment plan to get our son back playing with his team. After surgery, Dr. Sander took his time explaining to us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions very patiently and thoroughly. This doctor is the best orthopedic surgeon and I would recommend him very highly.
