Very money oriented with poor surgical skills: But downplays the pain. Problems with myself and son. Will NOT go back.

Dr. Scott extracted a molar and impacted wisdom tooth. I was scared to death, never having a cavity or any prior dental work besides routine cleaning in my 43 years. He took time to explain the procedure, addressed my concerns and out came the teeth. No problems. Quick and efficient with minimal pain. He called later that evening to check in with me as well. No long wait times, the office is as efficient as he is.

Well, yes the office staff is efficient, but not warm/friendly. I just wanted the doctor to slow down, I was in and out in 30 minutes just having the roots removed from a previously pulled tooth. The dr. did call me that nite, so that made me happy. And a day and a half later when I needed more pain meds, I called the answering service and the dr. called me back to call in more meds, so that also made me happy. Yes, I would go again but I would definately slow things down and hold my hand up and say WAIT !

My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Scott. What a great experience she had. Not only did he call her that evening (how many dr's do that now days) to see how she was doing but he explained everything so we could understand it! I was really impressed with his staff also and their caring attitude. They seemed happy to see us which made it easier for my daughter. Compared to the other office we went to in that wanted to do a CT scan on her before her wisdom teeth were taken out and the guy didn't seem confident and scared the heck out of us. I'm glad I listened to my girlfriend and took her there.

Both my son and my husband have been treated by Dr. Scott. What a wonderful experience for both of them! The office staff was pleasant. Dr. Scott made them feel very comfortable and at ease about their surgeries. We were so surprised when he called the evening of their surgery to see how they were doing. I will be telling all my friends and family if they need oral surgery, go see Dr. Scott!

Dr. Patrick Scott and his staff were great. They took such good care of my 80 year old mother. Everyone was so professional and caring. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a good oral surgeon. He even called my mother the night of her surgery to check and make sure she was doing ok. What doctor does that anymore?

I went in for a consult for my daughters wisdom teeth. I should have known when I scheduled the appointment the girl was pushy,when we arrived she insisted on gettng my ss# even thought she had my dental ins and health ins information. She was not going to let my daughter be seen without my ss# so I gave it to her. Saw Dr. Scott he went through his rehursed consult took him 10 min. and he led us to the desk where they wanted me to sign a paper stating I would pay $110.00 for my visit today! oh yeah then she changed it to $220.00 for the xray. NEVER was I told there would be a consult fee(and they had plenty of chances) This place felt like a trap! The staff maybe trained but not in customer service, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
