After several wasted years with this doctor I left. I rarely saw the doctor and the information I received was always contradictory. It became too much when his main PA couldn’t remember who I was and he won’t see that she gets help. How can you trust a provider who doesn’t know you after seven years of regular visits? Plus it took this long for them to realize I have a serious heart issue bc the doctor was too arrogant to listen to my history.

Doctor and staff was on vacation for three weeks and couldn't get into office as all appointments were booked for weeks after he returned. I was not allowed to see another cardiologist in the practice. The nurse takes more than two days to return calls and is not friendly.

Very friendly, honest and makes you feel very relaxed. Been with him since 2004. Have 6 bypasses and 9 stents and he is still keeping me going!

My husband was in Pinehurst under Dr. Simpsons care and we were very pleased with both him and his associates.

Dr. Simpson is a go getter. Does not waste your time nor money tring to find out what is wrong with your body. So many doctors want to do this and that and have you come back several times and then tell you to do this and you will get better or send you to another doctor. Not Dr. Simpson. Recommends the best way to treat or find your problem. He gives you options but bottom line his first choice is the best and like stated before, he does not play around with you. With me, he found problem, put me on right course to get me up and going again and stated to me, "You go and enjoy life and I will take care of your heart" and he has. Great doctor and would recommend his staff and him to anyone needing a "GREAT" heart doctor.
