Ask for someone else. This man shouldn't be allowed to even serve water to patients.

Judgmental, hateful, condescending, I would rather die than be put in his unprofessional care ever again. PLEASE BE WARNED!!! Worst So called Dr ever!!!!!!!!!!!

misdiagnosed my son in law as having a heart attack when he had pleusey, mis diagnosed my pain and said I should be dead.that I had three heart attacks. went through Heart cath lab and was cleared of never having a heart attack. Mother in law admitted for sepsis, Tibbles attempted a spinal tap through scar tissue and she got a hemotoma and had a five hour surgery and died. Other doc declared Tibbles did not follow estblished protocol.... why does he have a job. Belongs in jail.

Dr. Tibbles is rude, heartless, unprofessional, and a liability to Regional Health! I wouldn't let him treat my worst enemy!

By far the rudest, arrogant physician i have ever had in my life. Treated me like dirt and refused to let me be seen by another doctor when i asked for a different one. Doped me up with too much of a sedative (3 doses in 4 hours) so i was out of it while he examined me (I only knew he examined me because my fiance was in the room and saw him do it). He later gave me a medication i was allergic to (on my chart as an allergy, too), which i promptly vomited. He should NOT be a doctor.

Dr. Tibbles was very unprofessional. He was rude and condescending and when I requested a different doctor, he was punitive in his treatment of me and refused to allow another dr to treat me. Even while I was having a severe reaction to a drug, he did nothing but berate me as I was struggling to breathe then left the room. Rcrh should not have him in their ER.
