Dr. Patrick Thomas Wilson

I would describe my experience with this office as the worst experience in my 47 of ever dealing with a medical/dentist office. They are either calling 12 times in a week to get their payment (regardless that no bill had been sent.) or they will not return emails, voicemails and phone calls. Not only were we given incorrect information, hence trying to contact them, when spoken to, the office manager resorted to hollering. I tried to get the answers to my straightforward answers via email to avoid having to speak to her, but my emails went unanswered. Prior to have having a major procedure done, Dr. Wilson spent less than 10 seconds looking at my child’s teeth. There are a million different reasons to stay a way from this practice. I only went bc it was what my insurance covered. A huge mistake. Huge.
