Dr. Alder grew up in Spokane and, after graduating from Shadle Park High School, pursued professional powerlifting. A severe lifting injury led him to experience chiropractic care for the first time, and he was so impressed by its effectiveness that he shifted careers to help others heal naturally. He graduated with honors from Life …Chiropractic College West in September 1995, spent two years practicing in Boise, then returned to Eastern Washington to found Alder Family Chiropractic.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Alder has been honored to care for a broad clientele—from weekend warriors to professional cowboys and cowgirls at the Spokane Interstate Fair. He’s also shared his expertise as a guest lecturer across Washington, Idaho, and California. Outside the office, Paul and his wife Lisa are raising five children, volunteering in their church and community (including mentoring Eagle Scout candidates), and exploring the great outdoors together.
