Dr. Paul Daniel Anderson, DDS

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Paul Anderson for several years. We are elderly and have no dental insurance. Dr. Anderson had been running a program, for several years, where for $189.00 annual fee, we could each get 2 cleanings, 2 exams and x-rays. This year the price jumped to a whopping $259.00. To make matters worse, the Valu-Pak coupons I got recently, had coupons for the $189.00 amount for NEW and UNINSURED patients. When I went in to make my appointment and use the coupon, I was informed that it was only for NEW patients and it would not apply to my husband or me. I questioned why a business would penalize existing customers at the expense of long standing patients, who had spent thousands of dollars there. I was told that it was the new policy and nothing would be done about it, even when I suggested that I could find a different dentist who would be more caring and less money hungry. I was assured that Dr. Anderson would hear my complaint, but I have heard nothing.… This leads me to believe he has no real concern for his patients. Bad way to run a business
