Dr. Paul Alan Anderson, MD

Dr. Paul Anderson performed back surgery on me 23 years ago. I am now 82 years old and have not had a problem since. I found him to be an excellent listener and very caring when hearing my situation. Once he completed what he needed to know regarding the situation he called me and requested both my husband and I to come to his office. The surgery went well and within six to eight weeks I was up doing my normal in life. I love this Doctor for I suffered 2 years before my son called and told me of Doctor Paul Anderson. Thank you Doctor!!

I ended up in a rehab facility for 19 days after what should’ve been an over night stay because I woke up from a neck surgery & couldn’t feel most of my left side & I was wheelchair bound;(. I was told it was in my head & still 1 year later use a leg brace;(.

My condition was very difficult to diagnose. Dr Anderson reviewed all of the previous tests and consulted with my primary and other specialists. He cured me and I am very grateful!

Dr. Anderson expected us to be able to read and understand an MRI without explanation, acting frustrated and angry that he had to explain his findings. His medical assistant could not have been more rude - when we had a question, her response was "I believe you've had enough time with this doctor. There will be no more questions." Dr. Anderson has forgotten the calling of physicians - to help people. I'd travel out of state to another hospital before consulting with him. His competence - whatever it is - is clouded by a complete inability to be compassionate and speak to his patients.

I have SI Joint Dysfunction. Contacted Dr. Anderson due to his notibility of experiance and knowledge as an Orthopedic Surgeon. Just got a call back from his nurse Sue who stated that "Dr. Anderson said he has nothing to offer you". What? I thought with all his experiance and being on the BOARD he would have SOMETHING to offer! C'mon... it must be because I mentioned I had Badger Care Insurance. It's all about Money.
