I saw Dr. Austin today instead of my actual (wonderful x10) doctor because I had a bug for a long time. Dr. Austin was great. He listened, he understood, he checked out my situation thoroughly. He took time and was not rushed. He chatted, he smiled, he was informative, and, most importantly, he did not leave any rock unturned. I am glad he is with D-H Milford.

Dr. Austin is uncaring and disconnected from his patients. Getting a follow-up call from him or his staff is next-to-impossible ... or weeks later, regardless of how sick the patient is. Staff is very unprofessional, and don't know what they are doing. They are terrible about answering incoming phone calls - it takes hours to get through to them, if you are lucky.

I am in Awe. He’s the best Doctor I have seen in my life. He listens, he’s humble and the best bedside manners a Doctor can have. I’m Blessed that I found him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Austin for over ten years, and he's always been very thorough, friendly and caring. He takes the time to listen, and that's rare these days. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend him!

We have gone to Dr. Austin for 15 years now. He is a warm and caring Doctor and he keeps up on specialists to refer you to when there is a need. One year I tried another Doctor because I thought I would like a woman better. I came back after a year as that Doctor was self absorbed and did not keep up on my personal health. Many times she didn't even read my file. Really hard to jog as she prescribed when I needed a knee replacement. Dr. Austin is the best family Doctor around in our opinion.

This was a visit to establish a PCP. Wasn’t a bad visit. Seems you’re just number doesn’t matter where you go. Dentist, Doctors, Walgreens. Nothing is personal anymore. Sad.

He "LISTENS". My husband and I both see Dr. Austin as our family doctor for 6 years. We are always confident we have been treated by one of the best when we leave.
