Dr. Paul Samuel Beighley JR., MD

Dr. Paul Beighley is a neurologist and psychiatrist who earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Joe R & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Wilford Hall Medical Center and brings 39 years of clinical experience to his practice in the dual specialties of neurology and psychiatry.

Dr. Beighley practices across multiple locations throughout Hawaii, including Hilo, Kealakekua, Honokaa, and Pahoa. His extensive network of practice sites includes the Hilo Adult Mental Health Center, West Hawaii Mental Health Services, and the VA Hilo Community Based Outpatient Clinic. With nearly four decades in medicine, he provides comprehensive care that bridges the connection between neurological and psychiatric conditions for patients across the Big Island.
