Dr. Paul Edward Bing, MD

Dr. Bing is incredibly knowledgeable with a friendly and engaging bedside manner. He always remembers personal anecdotes about my father when we go in, and he recognized a problem many other doctors had missed for months within moments of our first meeting. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bing recently took care of my mother in the hospital. He is very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. He's also got a sense of humour, and intelligent; even with life advice. Love him!

Came into hospital with no knowledge of what happened to my mom and where we were going. He took the time to help me understand what happened and how he would help.

I have been going to Dr. Bing for almost 20 years and he is truly a great Doctor. I think a lot of the negative comments are based off patients that think they are the only one he is treating. He sees a lot of patients and can only spend so much time with you. He has always answered all my questions. If you want a "Chatty Kathy" Dr, go find one. Makes it easier for patients like myself to get an appointment!

I have been a patient for over ten years. The office staff has changed. The new office staff is not as efficient and courteous as Jan and the other older staff.

He was very rude to us! On his cell phone most of the time. Our emergency was during the holidays and he was the Dr. on call and he must have come in from a party as he smelled of alcohol. He made tacky comments to family members. He continued to be rude in the following days. Katy needs a better and more pulmonary Dr.!

I saw him in the hospital. He has horrible bedside manners. I was really sick and if he was not the only pulmonologist on staff on that weekend (my luck!) I would have fired him. I would never recommend him.

This should wrap it up for ya: He looks at 2 years worth of scans and reports and says "do you have any questions for me?". He didn't even explain what he thought or give me any insight. He has done this to me 2/2 times now. He's a real introvert too. You have to drag information out of him. He also comes across weird, like he talks about offtopic items while your their wondering if you have cancer. He probably comes across arrogant, but the way he shunned his staff, he seems very introverted. I will say he came recommended by the two Drs I was seeing at that time....probably because now I see he is the only Pulmonolgist in my area. He may be a rocket scientist.........but if you can't explain anything to me or give me any insight.....your worthless. I'm pretty sure according to the reviews his patients feel he is a poor Dr.
