Dr. Paul E. Buse

I found his office staff to be unprofessional, obstructionist, and rude.

Dr Buse listens and is very caring. I’ve used his service on multiple occasions over 10+ yrs.

Although Dr. Buse has a warm and caring manner and seems to be very competent at his job, making an appointment with him and actually to see him at the appointed time is a challenge. Two years in a row I have scheduled appointments months in advance only to be notified just a few weeks before the appointed time that my appointment is being cancelled and there are no other openings for weeks and weeks to come. Also the office does not send out reminders of appointments, nor do they call to remind you. Finally since Dr. Buse works out of more than one office I have found the office staffs in the various offices do not communicate with each other.

This was my first colonoscopy so I was a little nervous. But when I walked in Dr. Buse's warm smile and even warmer hands made me feel right at home

I was blown away by his professionalism and bedside manner. He was very gentle during "the procedure." Look no further for all of your gastroenterological needs. Dr. Buse is the best.
