Dr. Paul D Campbell

My first experience with the staff at this office was great! I was so happy to have found the office. Then, it came time to get impressions for my partials. There came a young lady who never introduced herself or said why she was there, but told me to open wide and she began to shove some metal devices in my mouth. They were mostly too big and cut the sides of my mouth. After a few trials she stopped. I was very upset and complained to Dr. Campbell. He grunted and continued to try out a couple of the devices himself. Since this was my first unpleasant visit, I just decided to continue with him though he never apologized for this unpleasant action of his staff. I made an appointment to return for a filling and the partials I was looking forward to getting. On my return visit, Dr. Campbell never greeted me nor spoke a word to me. He did not explain what he was going to do. Instead he acted just like the girl I had complained about. He grabbed and pulled on my mouth as if it… were not real, and shoved the ill-fitting plates in my mouth. He cut the sides of my mouth and seemed to get irritated because I winced. He then proceeded to push a cue tip with gel on it up in the top of my gums and followed that with a shot. He never said what was coming. Then he used a tool that sprayed water in my faces and up my nose. I knew then I would never return. He finished the filling and left the room. He never thanked me for coming or for choosing him for my dental needs! I will never return and I would never recommend him to anyone! I will never accept this rude and unprofessional treatment from someone I am paying. He was absolutely terrible!

Came to him as an emergency case and loved the experience! I had very bad experiences with Army dentists, county dentists and expected the worse but he and his staff we very concerned and patient. Best of all, I had no pain when he replaced some very old, very deep fillings in my molars!! He also is open later than my previous dentist and on Saturday.
