Dr. Paul Stephen Catanzaro, MD

Spent plenty of time with me to really understand what was going on! Highly recommend him.

Dr. Catanzaro takes as much time as necessary to completely listen to and understand you. He takes your concerns very seriously and lets you take the driver seat in the care you need. He is very compassionate and concerned when a patient has a difficult problem to diagnose. His staff is the best.

First, let me just say he or his staff keeps you waiting in the waiting room for hours. And I mean hours. I originally planned to go back to work after my apt. was over with, but by the time my apt. was over with, my shift had been long over. This isn't the first time that has happened. Every time I see him I'm waiting for 1-3 hours. There were other patients coming in after me (seeing a different doctor) and leaving before me.Second, I think he is very bad at what he does. I had these small bumps all over my chest, and he told me they were nothing to worry about. It's almost like as if he was trying to rush me out of there. A year later, those bumps spread all over my chest.Third, I told him about this rare disease I had when I was a kid. He never heard of it! He asked me to explain to him what it was! I felt really silly explaining to a doctor what a specific disease is.I think Dr. Catanzaro is a good doctor when it comes to the basic stuff, like checking blood pressure,… heart rate, etc. You know, things anyone can learn in medical school in 30 days. But he is not a very good doctor as his knowledge is very limited.

Has been my mothers physician for 4 yrs.Always listens, good diagnostician, very caring and professional.
