Absolutely pleasant doctor

After being referred to Dr. Charron from my local physician, he was found to be quite pleasant and took great interest in my health and well-being. The staff was quite courteous and understanding. His nursing staff (Chris, in particular)are 'gems' in that office!Dr. Charrons' expertise in the field of Colorectal surgeries showed me he 'knows his stuff' and is relentless in solving the problem with as little discomfort as he can possibly withhold from his patients. I enjoyed the five day stay at Henrico Doctors Hospital and the staff there were very caring as well. This tumor I had removed was quite large and unexpected; and he took great pains to present me with all documentation for my records for my geneology reports for family. That means a lot to me with the type of history I have at 51 years of age! I would highly recommend Dr. Paul Charron to any of my friends and family-he's the best of the best!

I was referred to Dr. Charron. His office worked me in quickly; had to wait a long time even after the apptmt set time was 2:20pm, it was 3:30pm before getting in. However, he's called me twice at home and work to discuss my upcoming surgery; staff has been wonderful (Chris) and I await the day of surgery next week after pre-op and another office visit to go over the 'plan of attack' so I know what to expect in regards to the procedure and outcome.

Dr. Charron is a very caring surgeon.He is thorough and explains what he is going to do and why. We never felt rushed. He does not hesitate to answer questions. My family had his phone number and when needed he was easy to reach and willing to talk to them.
