Excellent dr. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend

I would never see him again. He was unfimialr with my history, wrote a report in which personal and medical history was innacutate , didn't answer my questions to my satisfaction. Didn't seem to understand that he was just a second opinion based on many current reports, and yet he wanted to do more of the same testing . A waste of both time and money. So I didn't do. Just left his office and never looked back. I personally believe in going to major medical centers and teaching hospitals for such complex issues. I really regret not doing so this time. I have no confidence in this provider.

Dr. chung is great and we admire him as our dr. It is his staff that leaves a lot to be desired. They are not courteous on the phone they do not follow through on your requests and answer your questions very curtly. I feel you should have much more sensitive people at an oncology center. The front desk is horrendous and not sympathetic to cancer patients needs. GET NEW HELP

Dr. Chung is very caring and takes as much time as needed so that you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. He has helped me through two bouts with cancer, always caring and concerned about the side effects of treatment. He personally calls you back if you have questions even on weekends also let's you know results of labs. His office staff is the most caring and friendly staff I have met!

I love dr. Chung. He is very compassionate. He helped me through a very rough time.

Wish more doctors were like Dr. Chung. He has great bedside manners and always follows up. I trust him completely.

Someone must have a grudge and wrote 3 1* reviews, misleading potential patients into believing that Dr. Chung isnt caring and knowledgeable...don't listen to them...Dr. Chung's name is referred to and applauded by drs. and nurses wherever I go..all I ever hear is that I'm in good hands when I mention his name. When I told him how pleased with the personal attention time I receive from him, he tells me he wants each and every one of his patients to feel special, and therefore calls me personally with lab results, stays as long as I need to talk during appointments and is overall very caring. He even made me coffee when I broke down at one appointment! His staff could not be more helpful and kind, and are easy to work with when I call up with problems. Don't sell yourself short by looking any further for an excellent hematologist/oncologist

Dr. Chung seems to not care. Seems to be more interested in making notes..I am not happy with this Dr. Has no clue what he is doing..He acts like he is just out of Med School.I am changing Drs. Has staff call as an after thought the next day.

To be honest he doesnt seem to know his profession and any difficult cancer cases is not his forte. I am upset on the way he treated my father who is a senior citizen. i do not recommend him.
