Saw Dr A. The clerk at the billing desk/check out window was rude and spoke in a dismissive condescending way. Yes I’m “older” but I deserve courtesy! She also was not competent and attempted to overcharge me for the appointment. I have Medicare and private health insurance. The clerk did not check on coverage until I questioned the fee. She called another clerk over who double checked and actually looked on the computer - lo and behold there was no co-pay! I was almost overcharged a fee of $50! Annual visits are covered by my insurances. PLEASE please double check (if you are a patient here) and take your time during check out as the staff are “rushed” and don’t know how to process insurance for payments. Lastly, the clerk did not apologize nor did she remember to give me nevesssry paperwork from Dr A until I asked for it. At that point she had an attitude, and again was condescending in her manner.

I did not pay my bill as soon as I got it and it got turned over to collection; I did not even see the doctor,, but a nurse! I surely will not go there again.

My previous internist seemed mystified when I finally began to have health problems after 10 years under his care, and I began to have serious doubts about his ability. Someone I trust recommended Dr. Cohen. He cares, keeps accurate notes, actually reads results, but more importantly he is very smart, and is not afraid to look past the obvious. He believes me, and really listens, and that has helped me even though my medical situation has not been made back to normal yet,if anyone can help he can.

My personal opinion of Paul Cohen, I've known Paul and have him at this writting, as my primary care taker. When Paultells you of your physical problems, don't try to anticipate his next thought because he's already thinking ahead of his last thought, so when you or I do what he suggests, you do it. If not as the old saying, your wasting his time and yours. If, your intentions are to make Paul your health provider, then listen towhat he says, because it's reality, it's all in your favor. I have sons his age,and I consider him as one.

Dr Cohen has been very honest and kind to me.I feel that he really cares about me.
