The secretary Deanna was very rude. She gets paid good money and yet can't find enough to be somewhat considerate. She is absolutely horrible person

Was there few different times. Had an experience that gives e nightmares. Dr. Conley is somehat polite, but staff is uncaring and condensending to us lowly patients. I read other bad reviews here and didn't believe but now I do

Several sexual discussions heard within 31 long minutes I waited. I felt like I was in adult bookstore. You will never catch me here if I'm on deathbed

They don't care about sick people. The secretary made my aunt sit outside while the " younger" patients went in to be treated. We were at that place 3 hours and 5 o'clock rolls and closing time. Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog

Absolutely horrible staff period

I called after was told to do so by MD. The secretary was very rude and said it was lunch time. The time was 3:00 pm and she insisted she would schedule in me appointment in 3 hours. She then preceded to call my doctor and say I called and rescheduled appointment . That secretary was absolutely horrible and hope she gets fired from that job or Conley will lose business due to her arrogance

Woman at front desk was very obnoxious. She was talking to spouse on phone when I went in. She then said I should wait additional 2 hours because she wanted a sub from Subway

I highly disliked my visit. The secretary was a total pain. She was rude and called me names. I brought this up with the Doc but he said it wasn't his problem
