It took his office 3 days to figure out that my son needed to have a COVID test. I called them 8:45am on a Monday to find out the proper steps to take after finding out that my wife tested positive. I was told by the receptionist that the Dr. recommends not to test my son because he had the same symptoms. By Wednesday, this office is now saying they never talked to me and now want my son tested trying to turn it around on me. People call in for guidance - they can’t even do that. Unbelievable.

The chart girl, Shannon, and I got into a very violent struggle over my 3 month old daughter. She insisted on taking her temperature rectally and I begged her to take it orally, under the arm, in the ear, anywhere else! She said "This is the way I do it" and nearly dislocated my baby;s arms and legs in the struggle. I dropped the charges and instead focused on urging the office manager and practice manager to implement employee training on ethics, which they refused! This office also owes me >$200 in over-charges which they will not refused because their system only prints eight one-dollar checks instead of an $8 check. This office is the most unprofessional institution in the region should be shut down.

He is awful!! His bedside manner is abusive and disrespectful. His behavior was the catalyst in our decision to leave Tri-State Pediatrics.
