He is one of only a few vein specialists in South Carolina who carries the titles of RPHS (Registered Phlebology Sonographer) and RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) which qualify him to diagnose vein disease through ultrasound technology. As a licensed Phlebologist, Dr. Espinoza is considered a Vein Disease specialist with decades of experience in successfully treating venous diseases and disorders.
