I arrived at Darmouth Hitchcock at 1:01 waiting to rest registered in main lobby as the line was very long. The women behind the counter apologized for the wait I registered and went strait to dr. Office arriving I apologized for being late and the clerk said I will ask the dr. If he will still see you. I explained about registration and her answer was that I did not have to go to main lobby to register I exilanined that the voice mail they left me said I did her response was that was generic message we send everyone? She came back to tell me that the dr. Could not see me and to reschedule I felt so taken back. My appointment was at 1:00 pm they make it feel as if right at 1 I would have see th dr. When we know that is not true. I felt that their lack of understanding and responsibility for registration delay or not letting their patient know that they could register right at the office instead of waiting line is a lack of customer care and as do the Dr. Fachada who appointment are… month to get / shame for your quick and unkind desicion.
