Dr. Paul Anthony Fallon, MD

This doctor is very approachable and easy to talk to. He takes the time to speak to you about your concerns and any medicine he may prescribe. He truly cares about his patients. He is non-judgemental and is very low key. Although he has a Harvard education, he does not flaunt it and does not act superior. He was very insightful about my depression and respected my concerns about medication. He works with some therapists and does medication management. I don't know what else he provides (whether he does counseling) but I do know he is very detailed and thorough in his analysis of a patient. He is also a very nice person. He has a gentle way about him which is rare these days. He has a private practice in Portsmouth as well as his practice at Seacoast Mental Health. The other staff at his private office are super nice and very experienced. Diane Barrett (sp) is an excellent counselor as is David McCue.I don't know much about any others there but the above are excellent & probably very in… demand. I always feel welcome & feel genuine warmth from the people there. Portsmouth Psychiatric Associates and Dr. Fallon are the best in Portsmouth as evidenced by the well deserved awards he was recently bestowed.

Dr paul fallon is an excellent dr in every way.I highly recomend him for any of your problems.

Dr Fallon is very caring and listens for as long as you need. He will go out of his way to help you.
