Dr. Paul Casey Fallon, DDS

I had a bad experience with Dr. Casey Fallon, DDS of Fallon Oral Surgery, Syracuse, NY. He refused treatment and informed me that he would not extract my infected molar as I am on Femara (a breast cancer medication). Femara can affect bone and how it reacts to treatment. When asked what would happen without his treatment, he told the molar would eventually fall out. I felt his response was inappropriate, and Dr. Casey Fallon, DDS did not offer an alternative. I contacted my oncologist who was surprised I would be left without treatment. It was suggested that I see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Surprisingly, I discovered that Dr. Casey Fallon, DDS was trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Ultimately, I went to another oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He consulted my oncologist and working together, my surgery was a success. It is healing well without complications.

Promised pain relief. Promised wisdoms to be removed under anesthesia and anesthesia didn't work. Awake and painful and still $700 of the bill was anesthesia

Both Dr.s were excellent. Surgery was painless. But their Billing Dept. Stinks!!!!! I received my bill from my insurance company and it was almost $4000 more than I was told I owed???? Called was told by someone named KIM that I was not billed for a whole bunch of stuff on the 10th ... even when I am holding my bill in my hand stating Service dates of Feb. 10th???? Scan and send them to her with my phone Number and she never calls me back??? So I call there and get a person who says that their office is now closed..... I say " how can it be closed I just talked to KIM # minutes ago!!!!! Very frustrating..... So as for the Docs.... Big thumbs up! As to the support staff...... Thumbs down, all the way!!!!
