Dr. Paul G Ferucci, MD

Dr Ferucci is fine but the administrative staff at Alaska Urology is flat, freaking incompetent. Staff has rescheduled my surgery without telling me, failed to schedule follow-up appointments, and failed to send orders over to my preferred provider for follow-up testing. Two kidney stone procedures was bad enough but having to deal with Ferucci’s staff has been downright misery. I am done.

Dr. Ferucci answers questions and is very attentive to concerns. He will be preforming kidney surgery in a few months. My biggest complaint is his assistant Carla. She is very attentive in the office but she does not return calls. Talking to other patients of Dr. Ferucchi they have the same complaint. Carla does not answer calls and she does not return calls. I have waited 2 weeks for the results of a cat scan. Tomorrow I will call and talk to the receptionist and inform her I will not leave another message. I will also ask to talk to a supervisor and voice my complaint.

Dr. Ferucci is a great listener and caring Doctor. I appreciate his willingness to listen and not jump to conclusions until he does his homework.

Dr. Ferucci is an accomplished surgeon having assisted on complex surgery for my wife's endometriosis and kidney surgery. He has been my personal urologist since and has monitored my PSA levels for ten years. He recently diagnosed me with early stage prostate cancer and was proactive in getting all information to me to evaluate treatment options.
