STAY AWAY!!! I had to give birth to a 10 lb. baby and get stitched up with NO MEDS! The Epidural was ordered but it only numbed my back. So I kept telling the nurse on staff and she didn't believe me. She finally left and the new nurse ordered another epidural but it was too late because the baby was coming. So I had to endure the worst pain imaginable and give birth to my baby while feeling everything. It got worst when I told Dr. Firth I could feel the stitches after the birth and he told me that I didn't because I would be "choking his neck" if I could, as if anyone would have strength to do that after giving birth. It was one of the worst experiences ever. I cried for like 6 months straight. No one would listen to me and that's very important in the Healthcare field. All cases are different and they can't tell you what you do and do not feel. They should have listened. Find you a doctor that will listen and take care of you!!!!

I gave birth with Dr. Firth! He was an amazing doctor to have during my first experience with being pregnant. I loved his staff too! His nurse was pregnant too and was so warming and comforting! I loved that he explained every detail at every visit and was educational on how my experience will be. Loved Him!! My birth was amazing and he was GREAT!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Firth's for nearly 8 years. I had been to several doctors before him and no one could help me figure out why I was having difficulties getting pregnant (3 years of difficulties). He diagnosed my problem on the first visit and within months I was pregnant! He takes care in explaining a diagnosis/options to his patients and is never one to rush in and out. You will never leave with unanswered questions. His staff is just as caring and are always pleasant. Most recently he performed an emergency surgery on me that was just short of a miracle. He, his staff, and the hospital deliver first rate care and service. He is the ONLY doctor I would recommend.

I've been a patient for over 10 years...other than long waiting times at his office (which can be expected in OB offices when you never know when a baby will be born), the experience with the office staff and doctor have been TERRIFIC. Spends lots of time with patient at his office and at the hospital. Would recommend him to anyone.
