Quick and easy, he was great and very nice & helpful staff.

While Dr Fortin is an excellent physician, I found it very unfortunate that my wait time was nearly 2 1/2 hrs to see him. Partly d/t a birthday celebration in the office. Patients should always come first. My visit with him was less than 10 mins but questions were answered. I will never wait that long again, everyone's time should be respected!

40 minute wait time. It’s unfortunate that the waiting room is so crowded, parking and entrance are not planned and maintained for patients without their normal mobility. Please consider changing the Dial soap containers in the restrooms. They have dirt on the plungers and soap that has dripped, very unsanitary. There are empty soap dispensers on the walls that may be a cleaner method of dispensing. Once in treatment room process went smoothly with all the staff members. One concern is related to infection prevention. Zero handwashing observed among staff. All donned clean gloves. Staff member removing stitches put palm of gloved hand on floor and went back to removing stitches; we are hopefully that an infection will not occur. We are very pleased with care to date and ask that our concerns are regarded as constructive. Thank you.

Waited for over an hour & a half to get in to exam room. Had X-rays, back to room for 10 minutes. Saw Dr. for less then 10 minutes.

Fantastic, probably the very best doctor I have ever seen.

Thorough, knowledgeable, personable and caring. Has always been straight forward in my best interests. I have never felt rushed with Dr Fortin answering my questions Dr Salah

Dr Fortin’s diagnosed and repaired my ruptured Achilles tendon. He pulled no punches and fully prepared me for what recovery would be and the time and physical therapy necessary. My ankle is finally pain free ( after 2 1/2 years and two previous doctors). Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Office appointment wait time can sometimes be a little long but we’ll worth it.

We arrived early for my appt & they took me in promptly. Very friendly staff. Dr was easy to talk to & was very caring. We are very pleased with the service. Dr Fortin is an expert in health s field.

Five years ago, I could barely walk, and my left ankle was in constant pain. Dr. Fortin did a total ankle replacement, I spent the next few months recovering (with very little discomfort) and today (at age 90), my ankle is still great. I love my annual follow up visit, as he always takes time with me, makes me feel important and of course, it’s always nice to hear that my ankle is still perfect! He is the best- an incredibly talented, skilled surgeon who changes peoples’ lives for the better every day and cares for his patients. I feel very lucky to be one of them!

Dr. Fortin is absolutely the very best. He's the doctor that fixes what other doctors can't.
