Dr. FOX THIS IS Mitzi Frazier and God delivered me completely of anorexia and oocd my anxiety is much better my weight stay between 123 and 127 and im going to be 60 next year i called Dr. KETTERS PHONE AND HIS WIFE LEFT A MESSAGE THAT HE HAD PASSED AWAY. FUNNY THERE IS NO OBITUARY. ANYWAY I THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HELP ME AND I FORGIVE YOU. DDESPITE YOUR VALIANT EFFORTS TO KEEP ME FROM GETTING WELL, GOD HAD OTHER PLANS AND DR. KETTLER GREW TO CARE ABOUT ME SO IF HE REALLY DIED IM SO SAD AND EVEN IF HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO CONTINUE TALKING TO ME I LOVE HIM AS MY FAMILY. HE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME. YOU TAKE CARE AND gGOD BLESS YOU.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Talks a lot about his accomplishments, his esteem among this establishment and that, his hobbies and family. 25 minutes later, he then gives quick, "pat" answers - (e.g., if you said you had anxiety about water and drowning, he just says 'go jump in a pool for a few minutes.' Here's a prescription and I'll see you next time for continued 'therapy.' When you opt to see another doctor after you spend months vested in him for history/diagnosis hoping for solutions and a cure, he criticizes you - the patient - and says 'you are not doing real therapy.' DUH!) He took no notes during any of my sessions - something all other doctors have done, so there was no plan or strategy for advancement. I started writing notes after each session in a diary, just so I could introspect and try and make progress. A year later, he insulted me by saying 'You take no time to introspect and reflect on yourself.'

Rude and unprofessional. I have no clue how this guy is practicing. He actually hung up on me when I asked to reschedule my appointment. I am still in shock. Just rude and unprofessional. Mind blown!

He spends a lot of time talking about himself. A bit smug and full of himself. Talks down to you.
